These terms cover the Tech SEO Connect conference app at app.techseoconnect.com ("the app"), run by Tech SEO Connect ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. How the app uses your information is in the Privacy Policy.
The app
The app is a free companion for the Tech SEO Connect conference in Durham, NC, November 5-6, 2026: the schedule, places to eat, drink and stay nearby, sponsors, a list of the talks and places you've saved, and Meet, for finding attendees who share your interests. The schedule, times and places can change; if something matters, check it with the conference or the place itself. Listing a place isn't an endorsement of it.
Your account
You can sign in with Google or your email address. Keep your account to yourself, and give your real name. You're responsible for what's done with your account, including by an AI assistant you connect to it.
Meet
Meet is for attendees to find each other and meet up at the conference. If you join, the name, title, topics, LinkedIn link and profile photo you share are shown to other attendees on Meet, and you allow us to store and show them for that purpose. Your topics can't be changed once saved. When you use Meet:
- Contact people only to meet up or follow up about the conference.
- Don't collect, copy, export or sell other attendees' details, or use them for marketing or sales outreach.
- Don't spam, harass or impersonate anyone.
The conference's code of conduct applies in the app as it does at the event.
AI assistants
If you connect an AI assistant to the app, it acts for you: it can read the schedule, places and sponsors, change your saved talks and places, and, if you've joined Meet, see the attendees who share your topics. The same rules apply to what it does. The assistant's provider has its own terms.
Other services
The app links to other services, such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, LinkedIn, Luma and sponsors' websites. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for them.
Ending access
We can remove Meet answers, and block or delete accounts, that break these terms or the code of conduct. You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We may change it, or stop running it, at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the app or relying on what it shows.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
